IV. Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the custom nature of web development services, all fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Project cancelled before any work has begun — full refund of any deposits paid.
  • Significant deviation from the agreed project scope without client approval — partial refund for undelivered work.
  • Failure to meet agreed-upon acceptance criteria after reasonable remediation attempts.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the relevant invoice date. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees, if applicable, are deducted from the refund amount.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for completed and delivered work, hosting fees, third-party license costs, or project delays caused by client-side factors including delayed feedback, missed deadlines, or scope changes.
